Overview

SSTB-178 is a first-in-class small molecule inhibitor developed by StemSynergy that targets the β-catenin transcriptional complex within the Wnt signaling pathway. By disrupting this complex, the drug inhibits Wnt-driven transcription, which is a key driver in various oncogenic processes. It is currently in the IND-enabling preclinical stage for the treatment of WNT-driven cancers.
