Overview
SSTK-101 is an investigational nasal and oral spray formulation containing 0.03% **azelastine hydrochloride**, developed by SKYDD Biotechnology for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. Azelastine is a second-generation histamine H1 receptor antagonist traditionally used for allergic rhinitis.
