Overview

ST-02 is a novel mucoadhesive suspension of gemcitabine, specifically formulated for pyelocaliceal instillation. It is being investigated for the local treatment of low-grade Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (UTUC). This formulation allows for direct delivery of the chemotherapeutic agent, gemcitabine, to the upper urinary tract, enabling a localized and extended therapeutic effect.
