Overview

ST-113 is a synthesized collagen mimetic peptide being investigated as a treatment for open-angle glaucoma, including normal tension glaucoma. It selectively restores damaged helical collagen in the extracellular matrix, aiming to reduce inflammation and restore nerve health by restoring collagen's structural and cell signaling functions within the optic nerve region.
