Overview

ST-1839 is a small-molecule inhibitor of the RET (Rearranged during Transfection) tyrosine kinase, developed by Beijing Scitech-Mq Pharmaceuticals. It is specifically designed to target RET-resistant malignant tumors, which are cancers that have developed resistance to earlier generations of RET inhibitors. The drug is primarily being developed for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and thyroid cancer harboring RET alterations. ST-1839 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with these resistant malignancies.
