**ST-669** is a broad-spectrum small molecule antiviral compound that restricts the growth of intracellular pathogens including multiple chlamydia species and Coxiella burnetii in cell culture, as well as viruses across several families such as Poxviridae, Filoviridae, Bunyaviridae, Arenaviridae, and Flaviviridae with sub-micromolar in vitro potency.
