**ST-alphaDC1** is an investigational, autologous alpha-type-1 polarized dendritic-cell therapy developed by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center for intratumoral administration in refractory metastatic microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer. The product is generated from a patient's leukapheresed monocytes and is designed to produce high levels of interleukin-12 and cytotoxic-T-lymphocyte-attracting chemokines within the tumor microenvironment. In a Phase 2 study, intratumoral ST-alphaDC1 is administered with intravenous pembrolizumab to promote tumor infiltration by antitumor T cells and potentially overcome resistance to PD-1 pathway blockade.
