Overview

ST002 is a gene therapy product designed for the treatment of Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2) mutation-related solid tumors. It functions by reinserting the normal NF2 gene into genetically deficient tumor cells. This reinsertion leads to the expression of the Merlin protein, which subsequently regulates gene transcription, controls the tumor microenvironment, and inhibits tumor growth and invasion, thereby achieving therapeutic effects.
