Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ST205 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Nectin-4, developed by Hangzhou Ruiao Biopharmaceutical. It consists of a humanized monoclonal antibody against Nectin-4 conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a protease-cleavable linker. Nectin-4 is a cell surface protein highly expressed in various solid tumors, including bladder, breast, and lung cancers, while having limited expression in normal tissues. ST205 is being evaluated in clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, both as a monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as ST114 (an anti-PD-L1 antibody).
