Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ST219 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Stromatis Pharma that targets Nectin-4 (also known as Nectin cell adhesion molecule 4 or PVRL4). Nectin-4 is a cell adhesion molecule that is frequently overexpressed in various epithelial malignancies, including ovarian, breast, colorectal, lung, and pancreatic cancers, while maintaining limited expression in healthy adult tissues. By binding specifically to Nectin-4, ST219 is intended to serve as a targeted therapeutic agent for these cancers. As of late 2023, the program is in the discovery phase of development, representing an early-stage effort to expand the landscape of Nectin-4 targeted therapies.
