Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ST406 (also referred to as ST406-mAb) is an early-stage monoclonal antibody being developed by Stromatis Pharma. It is designed to target Receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1), a type I orphan receptor that is highly expressed during embryonic development and in various malignancies, including certain leukemias and solid tumors, while remaining largely absent in normal adult tissues. By targeting ROR1, ST406 aims to provide a selective therapeutic approach for cancer treatment. As of late 2023, the program remains in the discovery phase, and specific clinical indications or detailed functional mechanisms have not yet been disclosed.
