Overview

STAMP V is a high-dose chemotherapy regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide, thiotepa, and carboplatin. This regimen is primarily used in the treatment of advanced or high-risk breast cancer, often in conjunction with peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. The individual components are cytotoxic agents that interfere with DNA, leading to cell death.
