Standard consolidation therapy-Federal Research Institute of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology-acute lymphoblastic leukemia refers to a specific multi-agent chemotherapy regimen used as the control or standard-of-care arm in the ALL-MB 2015 (Moscow-Berlin 2015) clinical trial. The consolidation phase is structured into three 6-week cycles (S1, S2, and S3) and utilizes a combination of 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate, L-asparaginase, vincristine, dexamethasone, and daunorubicin. It also incorporates central nervous system prophylaxis through triple intrathecal therapy consisting of methotrexate, cytarabine, and prednisone. The regimen aims to eliminate minimal residual disease following induction therapy to prevent relapse and improve long-term event-free survival.
