Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Staphylococcus multispecific antibodies is a preclinical-stage program being developed by Eliteimmune, in collaboration with Integrated Biotherapeutics, for the prevention and treatment of Staphylococcal infections, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). The therapeutic candidate consists of fully human, broadly neutralizing multispecific antibodies derived from vaccinated non-human primates and elite human donors. These antibodies are designed to target and neutralize multiple staphylococcal virulence factors (such as bacterial toxins) to combat drug-resistant S. aureus infections.
