STAT3 NCE

STAT3 NCE is a drug development program by Aluda Pharmaceuticals focused on small molecule new chemical entities (NCEs) that modulate the Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3) pathway. The program encompasses two distinct therapeutic approaches: STAT3 inhibitors that target the Y705 phosphorylation site for treating autoimmune and inflammatory conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), systemic lupus erythematosus, and psoriasis; and dual-action compounds that function as TLR4 agonists and STAT3 activators for the treatment of solid tumors. As of 2024, these assets are in the discovery and preclinical stages of development.
