Drug intelligence / Profile preview
STC-10XX is a placeholder designation for discovery-stage candidates within Brenus Pharma's Stimulated Tumor Cells (STC) platform. This platform utilizes allogeneic human tumor cell lines that are subjected to physical or chemical stress and haptenization to mimic the heterogeneity of a patient's tumor. This process makes a broad spectrum of tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) and neoantigens visible to the immune system. The resulting "ghost cells" act as an in vivo immunotherapy, intended to provoke a multi-specific anti-tumor immune response. While specific targets and indications for STC-10XX are not yet disclosed, the platform aims to provide off-the-shelf cancer vaccines for various solid tumors.
