Overview

STC2607 is a monoclonal antibody developed by Staidson Pharma (Staidson Hongkong) that targets the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα). By binding to IL-4Rα, STC2607 acts as an antagonist to block the signaling of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13), which are key type 2 cytokines involved in the pathogenesis of allergic and inflammatory diseases. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of asthma and atopic dermatitis, aiming to provide a therapeutic option for conditions driven by type 2 inflammation.
