Stem Cell Derived Exosome is an exosome-based therapy developed by EHL Bio, utilizing extracellular vesicles harvested from adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs). These exosomes function by delivering a cargo of bioactive molecules—including proteins, lipids, and various RNA species—to target cells, thereby facilitating paracrine signaling. This mechanism is intended to promote tissue repair, regenerate cartilage, and modulate inflammatory pathways. The therapy is being investigated for a broad range of applications, including neuropathic pain, wound healing, hypertension, and neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development, specifically undergoing animal testing.
