Stem Cells Lenses

**Stem Cells Lenses** is an investigational, locally administered cell-based ocular therapy developed by Guangdong ProCapZoom Biosciences for chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease. The product consists of therapeutic lenses loaded with human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells and is designed to place the cells directly at the ocular surface. Its proposed activity is local paracrine immunomodulation intended to reduce donor T-cell-mediated injury to ocular tissues after allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation. A registered single-dose Phase 1 study evaluated four consecutive days of lens wear in three participants.
