STEM-OA appears to refer to a stem cell-based therapy or investigational product for osteoarthritis (OA). While there is no evidence of a specific, approved pharmaceutical drug named "STEM-OA," the term is consistent with naming conventions for experimental stem cell therapies targeting OA.
