**StemVacs-V** is an investigational iPSC-derived dendritic cell immunotherapy developed by Res Nova Bio (formerly associated with Therapeutic Solutions International) targeting cancer stem cells, particularly cancer blood vessels, for solid tumors including metastatic breast cancer, glioma, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer. It encodes Th1-selective epitopes from five breast cancer stem cell-associated antigens—**CD105 (Endoglin)**, **YB-1 (Y-box binding protein 1)**, **SOX2**, **CDH3 (P-cadherin)**, and **MDM2**—delivered via induced pluripotent stem cell-derived dendritic cells to stimulate potent, diverse antitumor T-cell responses, including against cancer-associated vasculature, potentially superior to other vaccines in inducing broad immunity.[10][12][14][16][17]
