Overview

StemVacs-V iPSC is an investigational **cell-based cancer vaccine** and **induced pluripotent stem cell derived therapy** developed by Therapeutic Solutions International and associated more recently with Res Nova Bio. The product is generated from a standardized induced pluripotent stem cell line differentiated into endothelial-like cells that resemble **tumor vasculature**, and it is engineered to express **alpha1,3-galactosyltransferase**, driving surface expression of **alpha-Gal** epitopes to enhance immunogenicity. The intended mechanism is active immunization against tumor blood-vessel antigens, thereby inducing immune attack on **tumor endothelial cells** and disrupting the vascular supply required for tumor growth. It has been described for development in metastatic breast cancer and also in glioma, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer, with provided context indicating **Phase II** clinical development in metastatic breast cancer.
