This trial evaluates the efficacy of glycosaminoglycan (GAG) replacement therapy, specifically Ialuril Prefill (a combination of sodium hyaluronate and sodium chondroitin sulfate), for the prophylaxis of recurrent urinary tract infections (rUTI). The water is administered via intravesical instillation directly into the bladder, serving as an inert comparator to establish a baseline for the reduction of symptomatic UTI episodes and the subsequent need for antimicrobial therapy.
