Overview

STI-8811 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Oqory, Inc. It is designed to target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and carries a potent auristatin derivative, duostatin (Duo5), linked through an enzymatically cleavable pentaglycine peptide linker. The drug utilizes Oqory's proprietary C-lock technology and is being developed for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Preclinical studies have demonstrated robust in vivo efficacy across various multiple myeloma models, suggesting its potential to offer improved activity and lower toxicity compared to existing clinical candidates, particularly in patients with advanced disease.
