Overview

STI-A1110 is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint, developed using Sorrento Therapeutics’ G-MAB antibody library for oncology indications.[5][9] By binding PD-1 on T cells and blocking interaction with its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, STI-A1110 is designed to relieve inhibitory signaling, restore antitumor T-cell activity, and enhance immune-mediated killing of hematologic and solid tumors.[1][3][9] Sorrento licensed STI-A1110 to Servier under an exclusive worldwide agreement, with Servier responsible for development, registration, and commercialization, and the molecule has been reported in the preclinical/IND-enabling stage as an intravenous cancer immunotherapy candidate.[1][3][4][6][8][13]
