STIA-1381 is an investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody candidate developed by Staidson (Beijing) Biopharmaceutical. It is designed to simultaneously target Interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Ra) and TLF. IL-4Ra is a key subunit of the receptor complexes for Interleukin-4 (IL-4) and Interleukin-13 (IL-13), which are central mediators of Type 2 inflammation. By blocking IL-4Ra, the drug aims to inhibit the signaling pathways that drive allergic and inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis and asthma.
