Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Stimulate is a PEGDE-crosslinked hyaluronic acid hydrogel developed by Chongqing Jinsaixing Medical Technology for the correction of midface volume and contour deficiencies. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that typically use 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDE) as a cross-linking agent, Stimulate utilizes polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (PEGDE) to create its gel structure. This technology is intended to provide a biocompatible and stable scaffold for soft tissue augmentation. The product is currently in Phase 3 clinical development (NCT05543447), where it is being compared to Restylane Volyme to demonstrate non-inferiority in efficacy and safety for midface rejuvenation.
