Sting-Kill

Sting-Kill is an over-the-counter (OTC) topical anesthetic and antipruritic treatment developed and marketed by CrossingWell Consumer Health (formerly Randob Labs). It is specifically formulated to provide temporary relief from pain and itching caused by insect stings (such as bees and wasps), insect bites (including mosquitoes, chiggers, ants, and spiders), and jellyfish stings. The product contains two primary active ingredients: benzocaine USP 20%, which acts as a local anesthetic by blocking voltage-gated sodium channels to inhibit pain signaling, and menthol USP 1%, which provides a cooling sensation and relieves itching through its interaction with TRPM8 receptors. Sting-Kill is available in convenient application formats, including single-use swabs and disposable wipes, and is FDA-approved for use in adults and children aged 2 and older.
