**STING nanovaccine** is an investigational, intravenously administered therapeutic nanoparticle vaccine developed at UT Southwestern Medical Center for HPV-induced cancers. The approximately 25–30 nm dual-stimuli-responsive nanoparticle co-delivers human papillomavirus type 16 E7 protein antigen with a diABZI small-molecule STING agonist conjugated to the STING-activating polymer PSC7A through an azobenzene linker. Acidic pH and myeloid-cell NQO1 activity promote payload activation, enabling STING-mediated innate immune activation and E7-specific CD8-positive T-cell priming while reducing systemic toxicity.
