Overview

STLR-201 is an off-the-shelf, platelet-derived regenerative biologic (PRB) developed by Stellular Bio. It is derived from platelet-progenitor stem cells and is designed to provide a standardized, scalable, and cost-effective alternative to autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies. The candidate is primarily being developed for the treatment of dry eye associated with Sjogren's disease, aiming to leverage the regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties of platelet-derived growth factors and cytokines to restore ocular surface health and promote tissue repair.
