STM-003

STM-003 is a first-in-class biologic immunotherapy developed by Suntec Medical designed to treat both early- and late-stage Alzheimer's disease (AD). It is a multifunctional agent that targets several pathological mechanisms relevant to AD, aiming to reduce amyloid-β aggregation, induce microglial activity, delay disease progression, and restore cognitive function. The drug uses Suntec Medical's MINC technology, which is reported to deliver higher concentrations of the drug to the brain, repair damaged neurons to regain brain function, and minimize toxicity. STM-003 is presented as the only therapy addressing all AD stages, with the goal of returning patients to normal cognition. Preclinical efficacy has been demonstrated in animal models, with phase 1 clinical trials expected to begin in Q2 2026[1][7][9].
