Stozzon is an oral chlorophyll-based medication developed and manufactured by Queisser Pharma for the prevention of halitosis (bad breath) and body odor. It is recognized as the only authorized medicine in Germany for these specific indications. Each dragee contains 20 mg of the active ingredient, chlorophyllin copper complex sodium salt. The drug's mechanism of action involves the modulation of endogenous enzymes that are responsible for the proteolytic breakdown of proteins into malodorous compounds. By influencing these enzymatic processes, Stozzon neutralizes odors from within the body before they are released. It is intended for use in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older.
