Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**STP355** is a Sirnaomics investigational dual-siRNA nanoparticle therapy for solid tumors, including breast cancer, melanoma, and colorectal cancer. It co-formulates siRNAs designed to silence **transforming growth factor beta-1** and **vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2** expression in a proprietary polypeptide nanoparticle delivery platform, with the goal of simultaneously reducing immunosuppressive tumor-microenvironment signaling and tumor angiogenesis. Preclinical melanoma studies reported intravenous administration, dual-target knockdown, reduced tumor growth and lung metastasis, and increased immune-cell penetration into tumors.
