STP369 is a dual-targeting RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutic candidate initially developed by Sirnaomics. It is designed to simultaneously inhibit the expression of two key anti-apoptotic proteins: **Bcl-xl** (Apoptosis regulator Bcl-X) and **Mcl-1** (Induced myeloid leukemia cell differentiation protein). By utilizing small interfering RNA (siRNA) to silence these pro-survival factors, the drug aims to restore the natural apoptotic pathways in cancer cells, particularly those that have developed resistance to standard treatments. The development of STP369 has been discontinued.
