STRIKE2001-KRAS

STRIKE2001-KRAS is a novel CD40-targeting agonistic antibody developed by Strike Pharma for the treatment of KRAS-mutated cancers. It utilizes the proprietary Adaptable Drug Affinity Conjugate (ADAC) technology platform to deliver KRAS peptide cargo directly to CD40-expressing antigen-presenting cells, enabling simultaneous immune system stimulation and targeted antigen presentation in vivo. The antibody exhibits high affinity (~5 nM) for human CD40 and does not compete with the natural CD40 ligand. Its design allows for effective activation of immune responses against KRAS mutations while minimizing liver toxicity commonly associated with highly agonistic anti-CD40 antibodies. Preclinical studies indicate that STRIKE2001-KRAS can boost poor pre-existing anti-KRAS responses in patients and offers a modular approach to individualized immunotherapy based on tumor genetic profiles[1][2].
