StromaForte is an investigational cell therapy product consisting of allogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs). It is being developed for the treatment of a range of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries and degeneration, cardiovascular diseases, aging frailty, and osteoarthritis. The product is administered either intravenously or intraarticularly. Mesenchymal stromal cells are multipotent cells known for their regenerative properties, immunomodulatory effects, and ability to promote tissue repair by modulating inflammation and supporting regeneration in damaged tissues. StromaForte's primary mechanism involves the paracrine effects of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) that can reduce inflammation, modulate immune responses, and support regeneration in damaged tissues. StromaForte is currently being evaluated in phase I/II clinical trials to assess its safety and efficacy in these indications.
