Stromal Vascular Therapy (SVT) is an autologous cell therapy developed by Paracrine for the treatment of chronic wounds. The therapy involves extracting regenerative cells from a patient's own adipose (fat) tissue and applying them directly to the wound site via topical or intradermal administration. The active component is the stromal vascular fraction (SVF), which consists of a heterogeneous population of cells including adipose-derived stem cells, endothelial cells, pericytes, and immune cells. These cells promote healing through paracrine mechanisms, secreting a variety of growth factors and cytokines that stimulate angiogenesis, modulate the inflammatory environment, and facilitate tissue repair and regeneration. Paracrine integrates this regenerative therapy with its AiPara Suite™, an AI-powered platform designed to predict healing likelihood, identify non-responders, and monitor patient progress.
