Drug intelligence / Profile preview
STRx Theranostic is a radiopharmaceutical theranostic agent being developed by Starget Pharma. It targets the Cholecystokinin 2 Receptor (CCK2R), which is overexpressed in several solid tumors, including colorectal cancer (CRC) and brain cancer. As a theranostic platform, it is designed to integrate diagnostic imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy, allowing for the identification of patients with high target expression and the subsequent delivery of therapeutic radiation directly to the tumor site. The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase for both CRC and brain cancer indications.
