Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Strydaflex is a proprietary veterinary regenerative joint therapy from Hilltop Bio used primarily for equine and canine joint health, positioned as an alternative to traditional corticosteroid or autologous biologic joint injections. It is an intra-articular injectable, derived from birth tissue–based orthobiologic technology similar to Hilltop’s Regenaflex platform, and contains a defined mixture of bioactive factors such as growth factors, cytokines, exosomes, and bioscaffold components that modulate synovial inflammation and support tissue repair. By downregulating pro-inflammatory cytokines in the synovium and promoting a healthier joint environment, Strydaflex is intended to reduce inflammation, improve endogenous hyaluronic acid production, and facilitate regeneration or preservation of cartilage and other joint structures in horses and dogs with lameness, osteoarthritis, or joint damage.
