Overview

STSA-1201 is a fully human monoclonal antibody developed as a subcutaneous injection targeting human thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). It specifically binds to TSLP and blocks its interaction with the TSLP receptor, thereby inhibiting downstream biological functions such as dendritic cell activation, Th2 cytokine and chemokine release, eosinophil infiltration, IgE production, and airway hyperresponsiveness. The primary therapeutic goal is the treatment of asthma. Clinical development is ongoing in China, with Phase 1 trials completed in healthy volunteers and planned for asthma patients[1][3].
