Overview

STT-002 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by STCube & Company. It functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by specifically targeting the Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. By blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), STT-002 aims to restore the anti-tumor activity of T cells, which is often suppressed in the tumor microenvironment. The drug is being investigated for the treatment of various solid tumors, including melanoma, lung cancer, and head and neck cancer.
