STX-0812 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by Solu Therapeutics for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. It is a C-C chemokine receptor type 2 (CCR2)-targeting chimera (CyTAC) designed to selectively deplete pathogenic, CCR2-expressing monocytes. The CyTAC platform utilizes heterobifunctional small molecules linked to a proprietary, ADCC-enhanced fully humanized effector antibody. By binding to CCR2 on the surface of pathogenic monocytes, STX-0812 triggers antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) to eliminate these disease-driving cells, offering a potential therapeutic approach for inflammatory and immunological disorders.
