Drug intelligence / Profile preview
STX-1911 is a bispecific Cytotoxicity Targeting Chimera (CyTAC) in development by Solu Therapeutics for the treatment of prostate cancer. Developed using Solu's proprietary CyTAC platform, STX-1911 is designed to target and eliminate prostate cancer cells by recognizing two tumor antigens highly expressed in prostate cancer. The therapeutic construct utilizes a heterobifunctional small molecule linked to a proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) platform antibody, combining the precise target-binding capabilities of small molecules with the effector functions and pharmacokinetic profile of a biologic. STX-1911 is currently in the discovery stage of development.
