STX-600

STX-600 is a preclinical, targeted oncology agent from SyntheX that functions as a small-molecule SHOC2 inhibitor, designed to disrupt SHOC2-dependent activation of the RAS–RAF–MEK–ERK signaling pathway that drives proliferation and survival in multiple cancers.[1][5][12] By inhibiting SHOC2, a scaffolding protein required for RAF dephosphorylation and full MAPK pathway activation in RAS-driven tumors, STX-600 aims to selectively impair oncogenic signaling in neoplasms with aberrant RAS/MAPK activity while potentially sparing normal tissues.[1][5] The program is currently at a global highest development stage of preclinical research for neoplastic indications.[1][5][12]
