STX-ADC02 (also known as ZNC-ADC02) is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting glypican-3 (GPC3), currently in preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly liver cancer. Developed by Styx Biotechnologies and licensed to ZoeNCure Therapeutics, the candidate is built using Styx's proprietary 'AbRefine' AI-driven antibody humanization algorithm and a cleavable linker-payload strategy. STX-ADC02 is designed to selectively bind to GPC3-expressing tumor cells, undergo rapid internalization, and deliver a cytotoxic payload to induce tumor cell death while minimizing off-target toxicity. Styx and ZoeNCure are advancing the program toward first-in-human clinical trials.
