Drug intelligence / Profile preview
STX400 is a paralog-specific targeted protein degrader developed by SyntheX Labs (also known as Digitoid Synthex) for the treatment of NRas-driven cancers. Utilizing the company's proprietary ToRNeDO platform technology for target-centric cell-based functional selection, STX400 is a small molecule engineered to selectively induce the degradation of the NRas protein while sparing other RAS family members, such as KRAS and HRAS. This selectivity is designed to address oncogene addiction in cancers specifically driven by NRas mutations while minimizing potential toxicities associated with pan-RAS inhibition. The program is currently in the preclinical development phase and is part of SyntheX's oncology-focused pipeline targeting the RAS/MAPK pathway.
