Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SUDO-286 is a highly potent, selective, and potential first-in-class topical tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor developed for the treatment of psoriasis and other immune-mediated dermatologic diseases. It acts by selectively inhibiting tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2), a key mediator in cytokine signaling pathways involved in immune responses. The drug is being evaluated in two Phase 1 clinical trials as a topical therapy for psoriasis and related conditions. SUDO-286 is designed to provide targeted treatment with minimal off-target effects due to its high selectivity for TYK2.
