SUDO-643

SUDO-643 is an investigational, small molecule tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor being developed by Sudo Biosciences for the treatment of nervous system diseases and other immune-mediated inflammatory conditions. As a selective TYK2 inhibitor, it is designed to modulate signaling downstream of cytokines such as interleukin-12, interleukin-23, and type I interferons, which are implicated in autoimmune and neuroinflammatory pathobiology.[1][8] SUDO-643 is currently in preclinical development, expanding Sudo Biosciences’ pipeline of precision TYK2 inhibitors alongside other clinical-stage assets aimed at neurological and immunological indications.[1][8]
