Sudocetaxel zendusortide is an investigational **SORT1-targeting peptide-drug conjugate** developed by Theratechnologies for advanced SORT1-expressing solid tumors. The single covalent molecular entity comprises the SORT1-binding peptide TH19P01 linked through a cleavable succinyl linker to two docetaxel payload molecules. Binding to sortilin promotes receptor-mediated internalization into tumor cells, where payload release enables docetaxel-mediated microtubule stabilization and mitotic arrest.
