Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Sudubrilimab (HS636) is a fully human IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). It acts as a PD-L1 inhibitor and is designed to block the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptor PD-1, thereby enhancing T-cell mediated immune responses against tumor cells. Sudubrilimab is being developed primarily for the treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. The drug has been evaluated in phase I clinical trials for safety and tolerability in advanced malignant tumors and in phase II trials for relapsed or refractory primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma[2][8][9]. The originator organization is Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical.
